American Muscle,
Vintage Classics &
British Imports.
For over 30 years, Crown Hill Automotive has worked on the cars people refuse to let go — from a 1967 Mustang to a classic Jaguar. Honest diagnosis, written estimates, and real experience with every build.
Decades of Experience
American muscle cars and vintage classics have been a regular part of our workshop for over thirty years. The knowledge that comes from repetition cannot be found in a manual.
Specialist Knowledge
From SU carburettors to Jaguar independent rear suspension systems, we understand the specific details that make British classics different from modern vehicles.
Transparent Process
Every vehicle receives a thorough inspection, written estimate, and clear communication before any work begins. No surprises on the bill. That is the rule.
Classic Cars Are Not a Side Service.
Many shops see a muscle car or vintage import once a month. We work on them every week. That difference matters when diagnosing a Mustang fuel delivery issue, rebuilding a Camaro rear axle, or tuning twin carbs on an MGB for proper drivability.
Book an InspectionClassic vehicles require experience that comes from repetition, not manuals. At Crown Hill Automotive, British and vintage automobiles are not a side business. They are part of our identity — and have been since 1996.

Holley, Rochester, Carter, Edelbrock, SU, and Stromberg — complete rebuilding and tuning including jet centring, needle selection, float adjustment, synchronisation, and road testing. We rebuild the carburettor, not just adjust it.
Electrical Diagnostics
Lucas electrical systems have a reputation — but most problems come from poor connections, aging grounds, and previous repairs done incorrectly. We diagnose before replacing parts. Systematic, not guesswork.
Gearbox & Drivetrain Rebuilding
Muncie 4-speeds, Tremec transmissions, Turbo-Hydramatics, Laycock overdrive units, and classic British gearboxes — in-house servicing and rebuilding. We do not farm this work out.
Suspension & Handling
Precision suspension setup, steering repairs, and geometry correction for muscle cars and classic imports. Leaf spring work, coilover upgrades, Jaguar IRS, classic front end rebuilds — restored to drive the way they were designed.
